A barge is flat-bottomed boat for transportation of heavy goods. If building replaces cargo, the barge may then be taken as a parcel of movable land on water. The design attempts to cover the barge into a water community for habitation and leisure. Stacks of interlocked row house are planned on the deck. Each apartment has a private garden and shares the swimming pool that runs full length across the barge hotel floor.
