The 1200m long plot of land on West Kowloon facing the Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island is envisaged as a system of linear zones comprising of cultural venues, urban parks, commercial activities that continues from the existing urban fabric of neighbouring Tsim Sha Tsui, a system that facilitate and imagine “change of lanes” for change and choice…with a front row seat of iconic Hong Kong Architectural Phenomenon, the Pencil Towers!
